Jack Mac Leaves Barrow
Jack Mackreth has turned down a new deal at Barrow and has reportedly joined Macclesfield Town.
As the winger was under 24, Macclesfield will have to agree a compensation fee with Barrow to enable him to play for the Moss Rose outfit and Barrow are expecting to negotiate in the near future.
Barrow offered the winger an improved package compared to his first twelve month deal, but this was not sufficient for the young wideman to commit to a further season at Barrow.
Barrow AFC thank Jack for his efforts at the club and wish him well for the future.
The club will be getting the signatures of the eight players who have verbally agreed new deals on new contracts in the next week or so.
