Born in Trappes in France, Moussa first played in the UK in 2011 when he joined St Albans City and he remained with them before joining Hemel Hempstead Town in the summer of 2014. He moved on loan to Hampton and Richmond in March 2015 and signed for them permanently in the summer of 2015. He was a regular as Hampton and Richmond won the Ryman League Premier Division. He was named as “Player of the Year” by his fellow players.

He joined Barrow in May 2016 and made his debut on the opening day of the season against Aldershot Town. At the end of his first full season with the club and having been ever present in all Vanarama National League games, Moussa won two awards – the Phil Collier Associates and North West Evening Mail “Player of the Year” awards.
