News of another new signing for the Bluebirds!
We are delighted to welcome exciting young forward Dior Angus to Barrow, on loan from Port Vale until the end of the season.
The 24-year old signed for the Valiants last year, with a fantastic record at non-league level where he had scored 17 goals in 23 games in the Southern Premier Division.
Angus started his career off with fellow National League side Solihull Moors and enjoyed loan spells with Leamington and Banbury before joining Kidderminster Harriers as a 19-year old.
He since turned out for the Harriers as well as Worcester City, Daventry and Stratford before joining Redditch United, where the striker enjoyed an impressive stay at The Valley. His form there attracted quite a bit of attention, making the step up into the Football League when the transfer window opened in January last year.
As well as his natural instinct of scoring goals up top, he can also play on the left side of midfield where his pace becomes vital and will add an extra option to the Bluebirds attacking plans.
Welcome to Barrow, Dior!
