A guide to the Progression Solicitors Stadium!
The Bluebirds welcome FC United of Manchester to Barrow tomorrow for our Buildbase FA Trophy second round clash. Kick off is 3pm.
With a strong following of FC United supporters making the trip, we’re expect plenty of first time supporters visiting us. With this in mind, we have compiled the following guide to the Progression Solicitors Stadium!
How do I get to the ground?
The stadium is well connected to transport links, with a number of options to get here on match day.
Car parking is available at the ground behind the Popular side stand. If you’re heading from the town centre, the car park is located left off Holker Street before you reach the traffic lights. If you’re coming from the motorway, turn left after the bus depot then turn right at the traffic lights and the car park will be on your right hand side.
Car parking costs £2 per car.
The number 3 bus from Ormsgill/Newbarns stops right outside the ground.
Ask for the Asda/Holker Street stop, with the Adult fare approximately £1.50 from the Town Centre.
If you’re arriving from a bit further away, Barrow train station is just a 10/15 minute walk from the stadium.
Head out of the station and turn right, you will pass an armed forces office on your right, continue up Holker Street until the ground comes into sight on your left hand side.
How do I get a ticket?
The easiest way to get a ticket is to buy one online. You can then either print the ticket out or store it on your phone ready to be scanned at the turnstiles.
This is highly recommended for FC United supporters to avoid queuing at the away turnstiles.
