All you need to know as we host Sutton United in the Vanarama National League.

Barrow v Sutton United

Tuesday 13th February

Furness Building Society Stadium

Team News:

Manager Ady Pennock has an almost fully fit squad to choose from, the exception being injured winger David Fitzpatrick.

Calum Macdonald is back in the Bluebirds squad after rejoining us from Derby County until the end of the season.

Barrow’s Recent Form:

Whilst being frustrated by the weather yet again at the weekend, the Bluebirds fell to a 3-1 defeat to Torquay United in their last National League outing. In what was our first away defeat since the 3-2 loss at Chester back in October, the home side scored three goals in 16 minutes to give Barrow a mountain to climb. Byron Harrison pulled one back from the spot but Torquay came away with all three points.

Last 3 league games:

Barrow 1-1 Tranmere Rovers

Wrexham 3-3 Barrow

Torquay 3-1 Barrow

Sutton United’s Recent Form:

Sutton United beat Dover Athletic on Saturday at the Crabble. They took the leader after 26 minutes when Kieron Cadogan brought down Wright’s cross and angled a shot in off the far post. United had Harry Beautyman sent off on the hour mark, meaning he will miss tonights game, but held on to head home with three points.

Last 3 league games:

Gateshead 0-2 Sutton United

Sutton United 2-1 Dagenham & Redbridge

Dover Atheltic 0-1 Sutton United
