Return Of Supporters: Key Information

4 December 2020

We round-up all the main information Season Ticket holders will need as they return to The Progression Solicitors Stadium on Saturday.

Tickets
This weekend’s game is a pilot event for the Club and, as such, attendance is limited to Season Ticket holders for the encounter with Salford City.

There are no tickets on sale for the game so if you are not a Season Ticket holder you are advised not to come to The Progression Solicitors Stadium on Saturday.

Season Ticket holders should have collected their Season Tickets by 4pm on Friday – there will be no opportunity for collection on matchday due to strict safety protocols we have in place.

Under no circumstances should Season Ticket holders sell or pass on their ticket to others, including anyone within their social bubble.

Parking
Each Season Ticket holder has received a letter with their Season Ticket to advise on the best place to park ahead of the game.

Each area of the ground has a specific area which has been highlighted as a potential place to park, though supporters are advised that some areas may hold a small charge.

It’s always best to check in advance on the best place for you to park.

Arrival at Stadium
When fans arrive at The Progression Solicitors Stadium, you must queue in a socially distant manner at your designated turnstile as you wait to be admitted.

Staff will be around to answer questions and guide supporters where necessary upon arrival and once inside the stadium, whilst Sanitising Stations are outside each turnstile.

Social Distancing
Fans are asked to remain socially distant at all times whilst inside The Progression Solicitors Stadium, avoiding close contact with anybody who is not within your social bubble.*

Social distancing measures remain in place on the terraces so please respond to any requests made by stewards for you to spread out further or potentially move to other areas.

*Social bubbles are defined as up to six people from no more than two households.

Face Masks
We are asking fans to wear masks or face coverings when arriving and entering The Progression Solicitors Stadium and any time you’re moving between areas.

Fans can remove their masks or coverings once they are stationary in their position within the ground. However, both the government guidelines and the EFL strongly recommend you wear masks throughout the game.

You should remain in your seat or place in the ground at all times, where possible. If you need to move then you will be required to wear your mask or face covering.

Sanitiser Stations
We have placed a number of Sanitiser Stations around the stadium, including at all entrances, and we would encourage fans to maintain good hygiene by using these where necessary.

Refreshments
There will be no food or drink for sale inside the stadium this weekend but fans will be permitted to bring refreshments with them.

However, please do not bring glassware or alcohol as you will not be granted entry to the stadium if you are in possession of such items.

Exiting the Stadium
Our PA Announcer will provide information to supporters around when their area of the ground will be able to exit the stadium. There will be three ‘phases’ of exit and the PA Announcer will call them at five-minute intervals. The phase to which you have been allocated is stated on your letter.

If you are in the main stand, once your area is announced, the first row will leave first and then be followed by every other row in sequence. Please maintain social distancing at all times.
