We take a look at the latest from both camps ahead of Tuesday’s game at The Progression Solicitors Stadium (7pm kick-off).

David Dunn will welcome Josh Kay back in to contention for Tuesday’s encounter after the wing-back was sidelined for Saturday’s draw with Forest Green Rovers through suspension.

The Bluebirds boss must decide whether to make any alterations to his starting eleven following the weekend and with an eye also on the FA Cup tie against AFC Wimbledon on Thursday.

Skipper Lewis Hardcastle remains sidelined with an ankle injury but is making good progress, while Courtney Baker-Richardson (hip) and Tom Beadling (groin) and James Jones (ankle) are also unavailable.

Latics boss Harry Kewell looks likely to be without defender Andrea Badan, as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury sustained in the 3-3 draw at Colchester at the start of October.

Alfie McCalmont could come in to the equation to face The Bluebirds after returning from international duty but strike duo Zak Dearnley and Conor McAleny remain sidelined through injury.
