Bobby Burns has agreed a deal which will see him join Glentoran on loan until January, subject to international clearance.
The versatile left-sided player joined Barrow during the summer but has found his First Team opportunities limited during the opening month of the new campaign.
Now boss David Dunn has given his blessing for the youngster to move out on loan in order to get some more regular First Team football under his belt.
Burns worked with Glentoran Assistant Manager, Paul Millar, during his time on the books of Glenavon and that connection has played a big part in his move to The Oval.
