Fans Asked To Provide Feedback

7 September 2020

Chief Executive Levi Gill has insisted that Barrow fans will remain at the heart of everything the Club does moving forward, as The Bluebirds prepare for a return to the Football League.

Whilst supporters aren’t currently permitted to join us for games at The Progression Solicitors Stadium, Gill is absolutely determined that their views are heard as the Club looks to main its forward momentum.

One small step towards ensuring that has been taken this week when the Club set-up a brand new email address to accept feedback and suggestions direct from supporters.

Whilst this new mode of connection isn’t intended for customer service or general enquiries, it is hoped that the Club can gather ideas and reaction from fans to help shape progress in the coming months and years.

“As I mentioned in a recent video interview, I want to make sure that the fans are central to everything we do at Barrow AFC,” explained Gill.

“By giving us your feedback, suggestions and ideas, we can harness the passion of the entire fanbase when planning ahead and we can optimise the customer experience for the fans.

“This is your Club, and you know better than anybody what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

“The contributions that people make via this email account will be collated and reviewed, and the Club will regularly provide feedback on the recurring themes and how we will address them.”

If you have any ideas, suggestions or you want to provide us thoughts on areas we could seek to improve then you can now contact us on feedback@barrowafc.com
