In order to ensure your visit to The Dunes Hotel Stadium is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, we’ve pulled together all the key information in one place.

If you have any further questions, then you can also contact the Club on 01229 666 010 or by emailing office@barrowafc.com

COVID-19 Advice
The Club is repeating its request for supporters attending games at The Dunes Hotel Stadium to exercise respect and consideration for those around them.

We are recommending that you continue to follow advice on COVID-19 protocols where possible to ensure we can offer as safe and welcoming an environment for all fans as possible.

Click here now to read our updated Fans’ Code of Conduct for 2021/22.

Tickets
Tickets for Tuesday’s game are now completely sold out.

Villa fans will enter the stadium via turnstiles 10 and 11.

Club Shop
The Club Shop is based at Main Reception and will be open from 2pm until kick-off on the day of the game, with a range of Bluebirds merchandise available.

Fan Zone/Cross Bar
The Fan Zone will open at 5pm and fans who would like to visit prior to kick-off are advised to make their way directly to it rather than go through the turnstiles as you will not be able to access it from inside the stadium.

The Cross Bar is also open to fans prior to kick-off and will remain open late after the game.

We are continuing to look at ways of reducing queueing but one of the main issues is staffing – if you are interested in some part-time work then please get in touch on recruitment@barrowafc.com

Refreshment Kiosks
We have refreshment kiosks spotted around the ground from which supporters can get food and drinks, including a new selection of pies supplied by local company, Browns.

Villa fans have their own refreshments kiosk and there will also be a bar serving a range of alcoholic drinks.

Holker Street End
Home fans who are in the Holker Street End can access the refreshment kiosks and toilets in the Popular Side as they would for a league game.

Programmes
We’ll have a good supply of Match Programmes available from the Club Shop, whilst we will also have sellers around the ground before kick-off. They are priced at £3.

Digital copies are also available via the Matchday Digital App.

Parking
Unfortunately, we have no available parking at the stadium.

However, as per the map, the parking in blue is available for both home and away supporters. 300 spaces at Liberata are free, as is any street parking on Phoenix Road.

The smaller car park beside the Soccer Bar costs £4 – away fans are welcome.

The restricted parking is for players, officials, staff and disabled supporters or those with mobility issues/blue badges and who have already booked and confirmed.

General
Holker Street is a no smoking stadium. Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in any area of the ground.

Reporting Issues
We have a dedicated team to support our younger and more vulnerable fans. You will see signs around the ground informing supporters of where and how to report any concerns they may have.

Fans can contact us via email on concerns@barrowafc.com, use the Reporting Concerns link in our Safeguarding Section of the Official Website (click here) or by telephone on 01229 666 010 during normal office hours.
