Bidding on the special poppy shirts worn by the players in the game at Carlisle United has now moved beyond £2,000 as we work to raise money for The Royal British Legion.

The Bluebirds players donned a poppy on their chests for the trip to Brunton Park last month and we’ve linked up with matchwornshirt.com to give supporters the chance to bid to own one of the shirts.

Bids have been coming in thick and fast but there’s still some time for you to get involved if you want to snap up a true piece of Barrow AFC history.

All the money raised will go directly towards the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal, with the auction running until 3pm on Sunday 5th December.

Click here to visit the auction page and get involved.
