Harrison Biggins has been recalled from his loan at Barrow by parent club Fleetwood Town.

The midfielder joined The Bluebirds at the end of August and has gone on to make 26 appearances in all competitions, weighing in with two goals.

Biggins’ loan deal was due to run until the end of the season, but Town have activated a recall clause following the appointment of Simon Grayson as their new Manager over the weekend.

“We are really disappointed that Harrison has been recalled by Fleetwood,” admitted boss Michael Jolley.

“During my time with Barrow so far, his performances have been consistently excellent, and it is no surprise to me that he will now go and play at a higher level.

“On behalf of everyone at the Club, I thank Harrison for his significant contribution and wish him the very best for his future at Fleetwood Town.”
