Match Referee Ross Joyce gives us his view after he was forced to postpone Tuesday night’s game against Exeter City despite the best efforts of staff and volunteers.
The experienced official gave the fixture every chance to go ahead and kept constant dialogue with both clubs and both Managers as they battled to try and get some football played despite the bad weather.
Afterwards, Joyce kindly agreed to chat to iFollow and tell us more about the process which led to the decision which was made with the interests of players safety at its heart.
