Mark Cooper gave us his verdict after The Bluebirds enjoyed an emphatic victory over Holker Old Boys in their first pre-season friendly at Rakesmoor Lane.

The boss was more than happy with what he saw as goals from Ollie Banks, Offrande Zanzala (2), Josh Kay, Tom Beadling and Dimitri Sea (2) led Barrow to a 7-1 triumph.
