The Barrow squad have continued to mix some hard work with a bit of team building during their stay at Inverclyde National Sports Centre in North Ayrshire.
Mark Cooper’s men have spent the week in Largs, where they have had the opportunity to fully focus on preparations for the big kick-off and get to know each other a little better ahead of a long campaign.
As you can see from this latest batch of photos from Matt Dodd, the lads have enjoyed a blend of indoor and outdoor work alongside some recreation time when they’ve been able to play table tennis and basketball.
The squad are due back from Scotland on Friday, before making the trip to face Spennymoor Town at The Brewery Field in their latest pre-season friendly on Saturday (1pm kick-off).
