A 24-Hour football match raised thousands for good causes over the weekend as Barrow Community Trust, the Bluebirds Trust and the Barrow & District Junior Football League came together for an epic charity event.
The astonishing game, which took place at Furness Cavaliers, kicked-off at 6pm on Saturday evening and continued right throughout the night and into Sunday with the final whistle coming at 6pm.
Community Trust Manager, Craig Rutherford, was the brains behind the charity event which was organised to raise money for BDJFL as well as for the improvement of disabled facilities at The Progression Solicitors Stadium.
