Barrow have been placed in a group alongside Accrington Stanley and Fleetwood Town for the opening stage of the Papa John’s Trophy.
The draw for the group stage of the competition will be completed on Thursday afternoon when one of the invited Under-21 teams will join Barrow, Accrington and Fleetwood in Northern Group G.
