Mark Cooper has made six changes to his starting line-up for this evening’s Papa John’s Trophy game against Fleetwood Town at The Dunes Hotel Stadium (7.45pm kick-off).

The Bluebirds boss has drafted in Josh Lillis in goal, while Festus Arthur, Jason Taylor, Tom White, George Williams and Offrande Zanzala are also handed starts against The Cod Army.
