Team News: Barrow v Leyton Orient

7 October 2021

We take a look at the latest from both camps ahead of Saturday's League Two meeting with Leyton Orient at The Dunes Hotel Stadium (3pm kick-off).

Ollie Banks is not available for selection this weekend as the in-form midfielder is forced to sit out the encounter with Leyton Orient through suspension after picking up five yellow cards.

The Club’s medical staff will check on front man Dimitri Sea who has missed the last couple of games with a hamstring concern.

Wing-back Remeao Hutton should be in contention to face The O’s after missing the midweek Papa John’s Trophy tie following the birth of his child.

Tom Beadling (knee), Connor Brown (groin), Jamie Devitt (thigh), Luke James (foot), Mike Jones (Achilles), Kgosi Ntlhe (knee) and Matt Platt (back) all remain in the treatment room.

Orient boss Kenny Jackett will have to do without striker Paul Smyth after he was called-up for international duty with Northern Ireland this weekend.

The O’s line-up for the 4-0 thrashing of Crawley Town in the Papa John’s Trophy on Tuesday showed seven changes from the one which started in the previous league game so Jackett may have some decisions to make as he and his squad head to Cumbria.
