We take a look at the latest from both camps ahead of Friday’s League Two game against Colchester United at The Dunes Hotel Stadium (7.45pm kick-off).

Mark Cooper still has a long injury list to contend with ahead of Friday’s game against Colchester United as The Bluebirds return to League Two action.

Front man Dimitri Sea could drive himself into contention for a place in the squad as he steps up his training following a spell on the sidelines with hamstring trouble.

Mark Ellis remains unavailable through suspension, while George Williams missed the win at Oldham Athletic with a hamstring injury and looks doubtful to face The U’s.

Tom Beadling (knee), Connor Brown (groin), Jamie Devitt (thigh), Luke James (foot), Mike Jones (Achilles), Kgosi Ntlhe (knee) and Matt Platt (back) are all missing.

New signings Robbie Gotts and Jordan Stevens are both in line to make their home debuts for the Club after starring in the triumph at Boundary Park.

U’s boss Hayden Mullins will run the rule over Miles Welch-Hayes after he injured his hamstring in the warm-up ahead of their midweek Papa John’s Trophy game against Gillingham.

Left-back Ryan Clamplin could come into contention for the game against Barrow after making a return to training after an ankle injury.
