COVID-19 Advice

We are recommending that you continue to follow advice on COVID-19 protocols where possible to ensure we can offer as safe and welcoming an environment for all fans as possible.

Make A Stand
We are fully committed to supporting Kick It Out’s campaign to #TakeAStand against discrimination in all its forms.

The #TakeAStand campaign marks a new chapter in the fight against discrimination and encourages people across the football community to publicly commit to their own pledge.

Discrimination has no place in our game and if you experience or are witness to any incident then you can report it to Kick It Out by clicking here or by downloading the Kick It Out App for free.

Tickets
Tickets for Friday’s game against Newport County are on sale online and from Main Reception at The Dunes Hotel Stadium between 10am and 4pm (Monday to Thursday) and fans can make a saving by buying in advance.

Fans will also be able to buy tickets on the day of the game from 2pm at Main Reception (card payment only) and the Ticket Booth in the Fan Zone from 6pm (cash and card payment), but these will be at the slightly higher price.

Click here for full ticket information on Friday’s game.

Club Shop
The Club Shop is based at Main Reception and will be open from 2pm until kick-off on the day of the game, with a range of Bluebirds merchandise available.

Fan Zone/Cross Bar
The Fan Zone will open at 5pm and fans who would like to visit prior to kick-off are advised to make their way directly to it rather than go through the turnstiles as you will not be able to access it from inside the stadium.

The Cross Bar is also open to fans prior to kick-off and will remain open after the game.

We are continuing to look at ways of reducing queueing but one of the main issues is staffing – if you are interested in some part-time work then please get in touch on recruitment@barrowafc.com

Catering
We’re delighted to announce some new offerings for catering inside The Dunes Hotel Stadium for this Friday’s game.

We’ve linked-up with Southward’s Farm Shop in Askam to provide high quality burgers and an array of other options in the Fan Zone each and every matchday.

Plus, we’ll also be trialling some amazing new pizzas for fans to try while they’re with us for the game, so we’d love to hear your feedback!

Programmes
We’ll have a good supply of Match Programmes available from the Club Shop, whilst we will also have sellers around the ground before kick-off. They are priced at £3.

Digital copies are also available via the Matchday Digital App which is available for iPhone and Android.

Parking

Parking Map.png

Unfortunately, we have no available parking at the stadium.

However, as per the map, the parking in blue is available for both home and away supporters. 300 spaces at Liberata are free, as is any street parking on Phoenix Road.

The smaller car park beside the Soccer Bar costs £4 – away fans are welcome.

The restricted parking is for players, officials, staff and disabled supporters or those with mobility issues/blue badges and who have already booked and confirmed.

General
The Dunes Hotel Stadium is a no smoking stadium. Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in any area of the ground.

Reporting Issues
We have a dedicated team to support our younger and more vulnerable fans. You will see signs around the ground informing supporters of where and how to report any concerns they may have.

Fans can contact us via email on concerns@barrowafc.com, use the Reporting Concerns link in our Safeguarding Section of the Official Website (click here) or by telephone on 01229 666 010 during normal office hours.
