Matchday Guide: Exeter City (A)

26 April 2022

If you're making the long trip to Exeter for Tuesday evening's game then check out our handy guide to ensure your visit to St James' Park runs smoothly.

Tickets
Barrow fans will be allocated in a seated area of St James’ Park on Tuesday night, with entrance to the away end via the turnstiles on St James’ Road.

Tickets are available on the night from The Grecians’ Away Ticket Booth on matchday which is open from around 6.15pm and is located close to the away turnstiles.

Food & Drink
There is a kiosk inside the away end which will cater for Bluebirds fans, offering a wide range of food and drinks, including hot dog, sausage rolls and pasties.

Away fans are also welcome into The Centre Spot Bar, which is located close to Main Reception and offers a friendly atmosphere, a large range or drinks, as well as a pool table and a darts board.

Club Shop
Exeter City’s Club Shop is joined to Main Reception and has available Match Programmes and other Grecians’ merchandise and souvenirs. This will be open up to kick-off.

Directions
From the M5, fans should exit westbound at Junction 29 on to the A3015. Follow that road on to the B3183 (Heavitree Road) for two miles, going past Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. At the roundabout, take the fourth exit on to Western Way and then second exit at the next roundabout on to Old Tiverton Road. St James’ Park is located on the left.

If you’re travelling by train, the closest station to the ground is Exeter St James, which is conveniently located right outside St James’ Park on Well Street.

Parking
Fans are warned that there is no on-site parking available on matchdays at the stadium and options are severely limited in residential areas locally.

There are a few car parks near the ground though. There is the King William Street car park (NCP) or the car parks just off Western Way on Parr Street, Belmont, Belgrave Road and Bampfylde Street car park and the Triangle car park (actually accessed from Clifton Road). These are all about five to 10 minutes' walk minutes from the club.
