Pete Wild provides his assessment following Barrow's 5-0 defeat at Stevenage on Friday evening.
It was a night to forget for The Bluebirds, as Steve Evans' side put a quintuple of goals into the Barrow net.
It had been a fairly even affair until Jake Reeves' strike found its way home to send Stevenage into the lead just before the 20 minute mark.
Ben Whitfield had Barrow's best chance of the evening when he rifled an attempt into the side netting after 29 minutes.
It was the second half when Stevenage stepped on the gas, and doubled their lead in the 50th minute through a Jamie Reid lob over the head of Paul Farman.
A third from Dan Sweeney and a fourth from Luke Norris really sealed it as a bad night at the office for The Bluebirds, before a fifth found its way into the back of the net through a deflection off Tyrell Warren to cap it off.
