Following a personal hearing with the Football Association, Josh Kay has been found in breach of FA Rule E3.2 with aggravating factors, following his sending off during Barrow v Leyton Orient on Saturday 24th September 2022.
Kay has been suspended for six matches, two of which have been served following his red card.
The Club has followed its own internal disciplinary procedures, and alongside this, is already working with Josh on education programmes.
