The Bluebirds have had an appeal against Aaron Amadi-Holloway’s sending-off during Saturday’s game against Stevenage rejected by the Football Association.
Mark Cooper’s side were reduced to ten men early in the second half at the weekend when the referee deemed Amadi-Holloway’s challenge a red card offence.
The Club lodged an appeal against that decision in the aftermath of the goalless draw at The Dunes Hotel Stadium in the hope that the red card would be rescinded.
However, an independent panel has upheld the red card and the striker will now serve a three-match suspension which begins immediately.
