Here is the all-important information for Barrow supporters who want to follow the team in action at the JobServe Community Stadium.
To cater for the pandemic, Colchester United have introduced a ticketing system specifically designed to deal with any restrictions enforced.
The system is set-up to keep all individuals informed of matchday requirements or restrictions which could deny them access to the stadium for a game.
As a result, all Barrow fans wishing to attend our upcoming fixture at the JobServe Community Stadium on Saturday 15th January (3pm kick-off) will need to purchase a permit from The U’s Online Tickets Portal.
Permits can be purchased right up until kick-off and scanners on the turnstiles will be able to read a permit from a print-out or directly from the screen of your mobile device. However, fans are urged to buy well in advance as this will save you money and avoid the risk of any last-minute issues.
Colchester have also advised that tickets will be available on the day from the Ticket Machines in the JobServe Community Stadium Club Shop.
Ambulant disabled or wheelchair users must purchase their permits over the telephone by calling Colchester United direct on 01206 755 161 – opening hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm.

Barrow supporters will be located in the North Stand behind one of the goals at JobServe Community Stadium where you will be allocated a specific seat when purchasing, after which a confirmation email will be sent offering advice on the next steps.
The capacity in this area is around 1,000 with social distancing and to allow groups of supporters to sit together, The U’s have also integrated ‘bubbles’ into the booking process. This will allocate tickets together with anyone else that purchased tickets in the same sections, using the same group name.
You will need to create an account to buy permits, and this will allow you to log in to the Dashboard to access all information regarding your purchase and will also give you access to book a parking space on first come first served basis.
