COVID-19 Advice

We are recommending that you continue to follow advice on COVID-19 protocols where possible to ensure we can offer as safe and welcoming an environment for all fans as possible.

Tickets
Tickets for Saturday’s game against Mansfield Town are on sale now online, then at Main Reception from 10am (card payment only) and from the Ticket Booth in the Fan Zone from 12noon (cash and card).

It’s never been easier to buy your tickets online, where you can choose to either print your e-ticket at home or simply show the QR code on your ticket directly from your device at the turnstiles.

Fans are reminded that no tickets will be sold on the turnstiles.

Club Shop
The Club Shop is open from 10am on Saturday for fans to come along and take a look at our selection of Club merchandise.

Plus, Bluebirds star Joe Grayson will be there from 1.30pm to meet supporters and sign autographs so make sure you come along for that!

And to make life even easier, you can now buy items in the Club Shop before the game and come and collect them from us afterwards because we're staying open half an hour after the final whistle too.

Fan Zone
The Fan Zone will be open from 12noon on Saturday and both home and away fans are welcome to come along and have a drink and a bite to eat before kick-off.

Southward’s Farm Shop will once again be in attendance providing a choice of hot food, including burgers, wraps, fries and other delicious items.

Fans are advised to make their way to the Fan Zone directly rather than go through the turnstiles as you will now be allowed access from inside the stadium prior to kick-off.

The Fan Zone will be closed at kick-off but will reopen at half time and then stay open throughout the second half and for half an hour after the final whistle.

The Cross Bar
Bluebirds fans can join us in The Cross Bar before kick-off and the venue will also stay open late after the game on Saturday.

Food & Drink
As well as Southward’s outlet in our Fan Zone, the Club’s regular catering kiosks offering drinks and a selection of food will be open when fans arrive through the turnstiles at The Dunes Hotel Stadium.

We’re delighted to expand our options with the introduction of a pie, peas and gravy meal from the Catering Hut on the Main Stand side, while all other outlets will now sell Pot Noodles and a variety of soups.

Match Programmes
You can pick up a copy of our popular Matchday Programme, The Zigger from the Club Shop ahead of kick-off, while it is also available from sellers inside the stadium and from catering kiosks.

Plus, we’re offering a digital version for you to enjoy too – simply download the Matchday Digital app on your device and search for ‘Barrow AFC’.

Parking
Unfortunately, we have no available parking at the stadium.

However, as per the map, the parking in blue is available for both home and away supporters. 300 spaces at Liberata are free, as is any street parking on Phoenix Road.

The smaller car park beside the Soccer Bar costs £4 – away fans are welcome.

The restricted parking is for players, officials, staff and disabled supporters or those with mobility issues/blue badges and who have already booked and confirmed.

General
The Dunes Hotel Stadium is a no smoking stadium. Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in any area of the ground.

Reporting Issues
We have a dedicated team to support our younger and more vulnerable fans. You will see signs around the ground informing supporters of where and how to report any concerns they may have.

Fans can contact us via email on concerns@barrowafc.com, use the Reporting Concerns link in our Safeguarding Section of the Official Website (click here) or by telephone on 01229 666 010 during normal office hours.
