In order to ensure your visit to The Dunes Hotel Stadium runs as smoothly as possible we’ve put together this handy matchday guide for supporters.
If you have any further questions, then you can also contact the Club on 01229 666 010 or by emailing email@example.com
The Club is repeating its request for supporters attending games at The Dunes Hotel Stadium to exercise respect and consideration for those around them.
We are recommending that you continue to follow advice on COVID-19 protocols where possible to ensure we can offer as safe and welcoming an environment for all fans as possible.
Tickets for Tuesday’s game against Salford City are on sale now online, at Main Reception from 12noon (card payment only) and from the Ticket Booth in the Fan Zone from 5pm (cash and card).
It’s never been easier to buy your tickets online, where you can choose to either print your e-ticket at home or simply show the QR code on your ticket directly from your device at the turnstiles.
Fans are reminded that no tickets will be sold on the turnstiles.
The Club Shop is open from 12noon on Tuesday for home and away fans to come along and take a look at our selection of Bluebirds merchandise.
To make life even easier, you can now buy items in the Club Shop before the game and come and collect them from us afterwards because we're staying open half an hour after the final whistle too.
The Fan Zone will be open from 5pm on Tuesday evening and both home and away fans are welcome to come along and have a drink and a bite to eat before kick-off.
Fans are advised to make their way to the Fan Zone directly rather than go through the turnstiles as you will now be allowed access from inside the stadium prior to kick-off.
The Fan Zone will be closed at kick-off but will reopen at half time and then stay open throughout the second half and for half an hour after the final whistle.
The Cross Bar
Bluebirds fans can join us in The Cross Bar before kick-off and the venue will also stay open late after the game for those who fancy a post-match pint.
Food & Drink
As well as Southward’s outlet in our Fan Zone, the Club’s regular catering kiosks offering drinks and a selection of food will be open when fans arrive through the turnstiles at The Dunes Hotel Stadium.
We’re delighted to have expanded our options with the introduction of a pie, peas and gravy meal from the Catering Hut on the Main Stand side, while all other outlets will now sell Pot Noodles and a variety of soups.
You can pick up a copy of our popular Matchday Programme, The Zigger from the Club Shop ahead of kick-off, while it is also available from sellers inside the stadium and from catering kiosks.
Plus, we’re offering a digital version for you to enjoy too – simply download the Matchday Digital app on your device and search for ‘Barrow AFC’.
Unfortunately, we have no available parking at the stadium.
However, as per the map, the parking in blue is available for both home and away supporters. 300 spaces at Liberata are free, as is any street parking on Phoenix Road.
The smaller car park beside the Soccer Bar costs £4 – away fans are welcome.
The restricted parking is for players, officials, staff and disabled supporters or those with mobility issues/blue badges and who have already booked and confirmed.
The Dunes Hotel Stadium is a no smoking stadium. Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in any area of the ground.
We have a dedicated team to support our younger and more vulnerable fans. You will see signs around the ground informing supporters of where and how to report any concerns they may have.
Fans can contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org, use the Reporting Concerns link in our Safeguarding Section of the Official Website (click here) or by telephone on 01229 666 010 during normal office hours.
