A date has been set for Barrow’s trip to Bloomfield Road in Round One of the Carabao Cup.
The two clubs have been in discussions since they were paired together in last week’s draw and have agreed to play the tie on Tuesday 9th August 2022, with a 7:45pm kick-off.
It will be Bluebirds fans' first opportunity to see Barrow at Bloomfield Road since returning to the Football League in 2020. As the two previous encounters, a friendly match and a Papa John’s Trophy Group Stage game, were played behind closed doors due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
