Matchday Guide: Scunthorpe United (A)

Take a look at our handy guide for supporters heading to Sands Venue Stadium to cheer on The Bluebirds against Scunthorpe United this evening.

Cashless Venue
Supporters are advised that the Sands Venue Stadium is now a completely cashless venue and as such will only accept card or contactless payments for tickets and retail as well as in concourse areas and bars.

Away Supporters
Bluebirds fans will be located in the AMS Stand which is reserves for away supporters for each game at The Sands Venue Stadium.

The stand is all-seated and has a capacity of 1,678, with two access points close to the turnstile entry.

Barrow fans should enter the ground via turnstiles gates 6A, 6B, 6C, 7A and 7B.

Tickets
Barrow fans can buy their tickets by contacting Scunthorpe United’s Ticket Office on 01724 747 670.

There will also be availability on the day at Scunthorpe, with fans able to pay by card or contactless at The Iron Ticket Office or from their Online Tickets Portal.

Food and Drink
Barrow fans are welcomed into Scunthorpe United’s Iron Bar ahead of this evening’s fixture at Sands Venue Stadium. Doors open from 6.15pm.

There is also a bar inside the stadium within the concourse of the ATM Stand where Barrow fans will be situated, which serves a range of food and drinks.

Alternatively, there are numerous eating establishments located nearby the stadium, while the town centre is approximately a 30-minute walk.

Directions
The Sands Venue Stadium is located just off the M181 and is well signposted from all routes into Scunthorpe. The postcode for your Satnav is DN15 8TD.

Parking
There are over 600 spaces available to home and away fans within the stadium complex which are priced at £5 per car. You can make a £1 saving by booking before 4.30pm by visiting sufctickets.com

Disabled parking is available free to blue badge holders on a first come first served basis. These spaces in the East Car Park can also be reserved in advance by calling Scunthorpe United’s Ticket Office on 01724 747 670 or emailing sufctickets@scunthorpe-united.co.uk

Fans are advised that the local retail parks operate restrictions on a matchday.
