Barrow have been tasked with an away trip to University of Bolton Stadium to face Ian Evatt's Bolton Wanderers in the Papa John's Round of 32.
Pete Wild's side will travel to Greater Manchester for Barrow's first endeavor into the knockout stages of this competition since The Bluebirds returned to the EFL in 2020 under the management of Ian Evatt.
Barrow reached the Round of 32 after a strong showing in Group G; Victories over Carlisle United and Fleetwood Town (on penalties) was enough to see Barrow through as runners-up to Manchester United U21. The only defeat in the Group Stage was at the hands of United and an injury time strike from Europa League hero Alejandro Garnacho.
Papa John's Trophy Round of 32 fixtures are due to be played week commencing 21st November 2022.
