Versatile midfield star Jordan Stevens put pen to paper on a two-year deal with The Bluebirds on deadline day in August 2021 following his departure from Leeds United.
Barrow boss Mark Cooper had helped nurture his talent as he came through the ranks at Forest Green Rovers before drawing attention of bigger clubs and eventually being sold for an undisclosed fee to Leeds in early 2018.
Stevens made an impression at Elland Road and was handed a squad number for the 2018/19 season, making his debut in their Championship visit to Stoke City in January 2019.
He played a key role for the club’s successful Under-23s side which won the PDL Northern League title and were crowned Professional Development League champions too.
Stevens gained further First Team experience with loan spells at Swindon Town and Bradford City during 2020/21 before being reunited with Cooper in the deadline day switch to Cumbria.
