Flying winger Dan Bramall joined Barrow on loan from Barnsley during the January transfer window on a deal which runs until the end of May.
The highly rated prospect, comfortable as a winger, wing-back or striker, was on the books of Everton as a teenager having switched to Goodison Park from Chesterfield at the age of 13.
He signed professional terms with The Toffees in 2017 and was a regular in their development teams before being released in 2019 and spending time plying his trade in non-league with Matlock Town and Buxton.
His electrifying acceleration and dribbling skills soon caught the eye though, and he bagged a move to Championship outfit Barnsley in September 2020 to become part of The Tykes’ Under-23 set-up.
Bramall enjoyed a fantastic start to the new Professional Development League in 2020/21, scoring five goals in four games to push himself towards the First Team at Oakwell.
However, Barnsley boss Valerien Ismael is keen for the young star to get some more senior football under his belt and Michael Jolley moved quickly to bring him to The Progression Solicitors Stadium.
