Highly rated midfield man Tom White returned to Barrow on a permanent deal during the summer of 2021 having previously played for The Bluebirds in a successful loan stint.
White joined Barrow on loan from Blackburn Rovers during the 2019/20 campaign, playing a big role as the Club went on to clinch a historic promotion to the Football League.
A former Carlisle United youth, he joined Gateshead in 2015 where he fought his way through the ranks to become a First Team regular in 2018/19.
His standout performances earned him many admirers, but it was Blackburn who won the race for his signature that summer, though he was allowed out on loan to Barrow in November 2019.
White spent the first half of 2020/21 on loan at Bolton Wanderers before getting more games under his belt during a loan stay at Hartlepool but couldn’t turn down the chance to re-join Barrow in the summer.
