A reminder of ticket refund information after our postponed game.
Following the postponement of our National League fixture against Dover on Saturday, we would like to remind supporters that your tickets will be valid for the re-arranged game, though you can also claim a refund if preferred. We do not yet have a new date for the game, but we hope to have it confirmed before the refund deadline of midnight on Friday 18th October.
A fantastic 400 tickets were pre-sold for this fixture and you can find some information on how to request a refund, depending on how you purchased your ticket, below:
Online tickets purchased for todays game will be valid for the re-scheduled fixture, though it is currently not known when that will take place.
Supporters can also request a refund for their online ticket.
This must be done by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject of the email.
Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed. Any refund requests must be submitted by midnight on Friday 18th October.
Tickets bought in person:
If you purchased your ticket in person for today’s game, it will be valid for the re-arranged fixture.
You can also claim a refund on your ticket by visiting our club reception which is open from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, as well as until kick off in our FA Cup clash against Solihull Moors next Saturday.
Guests booked in our hospitality lounges for todays game will be contacted on Monday morning with details regarding rebooking for another game. We apologise for any inconvenience today’s postponement has caused and hope you can join us for another game soon.
