Guide For New Fans
We want to do everything we can to ensure that your first visit to The Dunes Hotel Stadium runs smoothly and you have a great time.
The first thing you will need to put in place is your tickets for the big game – and we’ve made buying these as easy as can be so there should be no problems here!
You will need to choose whether you want to stand or sit, and which area of the ground you would like to go – and then you’ll be ready to go!
The easiest way to buy is to head online and buy a ticket - when you do this you can either choose to print it out at home or simply show the QR code directly from your mobile device to gain entry at the turnstile.
Whilst there will be no cash turnstiles in operation on the day of the game, we do have a Ticket Office located near Main Reception which will take card payment only from 12noon until kick-off. If you wish to pay in cash then please head to the Ticket Booth located in our Fan Zone.
Buying in advance is always advised to avoid disappointment and also the potential for queuing on matchday.
Take a look below at our options – and then click here to order your tickets online.
There is seating available in The Brian Arrowsmith Main Stand at a cost of £19 for adults, £15 for Over 65s or Students and £6 for Under 18s. A point to note – Under 7s go FREE as long as they’re with a full-paying adult.
If you’d prefer to stand then you have some options.
The Holker Street End is behind one of the goals and has had a new roof put on it during the summer of 2020 to ensure that the atmosphere is even better as we return to the EFL.
Otherwise, you can head to The Ray Wilkie Stand which runs alongside the pitch which is always great for atmosphere.
It won’t matter which area you choose in terms of price – standing tickets are £16 for adults, £13 for Over 65s and Students and £5 for Under 18s. And again, Under 7s are completely FREE with a full-paying adult.
If it’s your first visit then you’re going to want to pick up something to help you remember the big day and we’ve got an array of merchandise waiting for you in our Club Shop.
You’ll find the Club Shop behind Main Reception on Wilkie Road and it will be open from 12noon until kick-off on a Saturday matchday or from 2pm if you're visiting for a midweek match.
Food & Drink
There are catering outlets inside the ground in the Holker Street End which serves a selection of hot and cold food, as well as hot and cold drinks.
We are also fully-licenced to serve alcoholic drinks to both home and away supporters so feel free to get in to the ground early and enjoy a pre-match pint.
All supporters are more than welcome to join us in The Cross Bar which is close to Main Reception on Wilkie Road and serves a great range of pre-match drinks from 12noon.
We've also now opened Fan Zone in 2020/21 so we are excited to invite you join us there for what is sure to be a fantastic atmosphere from 12noon until kick-off.
The stadium is only a short walk from the train station so don't worry if that's how you are arriving in town - it couldn't be simpler.
However, if you're driving then we've got everything you need to know in a specially-dedicated page - click here for full directions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer official parking at the stadium due to limited capacity.
However, the Soccer Club – adjacent to Main Reception – offer spaces at a small cost on a first come first served basis on matchdays.
We also have in place an arrangement with Liberata who are allowing fans to park there for matches, as displayed on the map above.
Our revamped Matchday Programme will be available in the Club Shop from 12noon and around the ground prior to kick-off so keep an eye out for sellers and make sure you pick up a copy while stocks last.
Don't worry if you miss out on matchday, you can call the Club afterwards and buy a copy to be posted out or, alternatively, download a digital copy of every issue via the Matchday Digital app at one of the links below:
