Niall Canavan was pleased that Barrow could improve on the first half performance and come away with all three points against AFC Wimbledon.
Barrow came from behind to claim victory for the first time at home this season, after Canavan met Ben Whitfield’s corner with his head to level the scoreline in the 61st minute.
Just over 10 minutes later, Josh Gordon would net the winning goal. After a scramble inside the area, Sam Foley found Gordon, who remained calm and blasted a shot into the back of the net.
The Bluebirds have now taken 8 points when conceding first, whereas AFC Wimbledon have sacrificed 30 from winning positions.
